Well, if you have a Macbook laptop you find the buttons as Command, Shift, and the number 4. Then you shape the picture you took and upload it. And changing the blog's background? Well you go to Design and under the tabs of Posting and Comments, you will find Template Designer and then go to Background and put Upload and click the arrow next to the picture and click Browse and look for the picture you want.
